Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

To start a return, email us at puffybuddy2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — return shipping is not required for damaged items.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, washed, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can typically accommodate changes within 12 hours of the order being placed.
