Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide through our global warehouse partners. Delivery times may vary slightly by region. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes within 12 hours of the order being placed. After that, the order may already be packed and on its way.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering if you have concerns.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 days for it to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We're so sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required for damaged items.

My pet didn't like the product. Can I return it?

We totally understand — pets can be picky! As long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery, we'll process a return. Unfortunately we can't accept returns on items that have been used or washed.

Are your products safe for pets?

Absolutely. Every product we carry is selected with pet safety in mind. Our beds, trees, and accessories are made from pet-safe materials — free from harmful chemicals and designed to be durable enough for daily use by your furry friends.

How do I clean the products?

Care instructions vary by product — please check the specific product description for details. Generally:

  • Beds & cushions: Spot clean or machine wash on a gentle, cold cycle. Air dry or tumble dry on low.
  • Cat trees & structures: Wipe down with a damp cloth. Removable cushions can usually be machine washed.
My calming bed arrived flat — is that normal?

Yes, completely normal! The Ultra-Plush Calming Beds are vacuum-sealed for eco-friendly shipping. Simply remove it from the packaging, give it a gentle shake and fluff, and allow 24–48 hours for the plush fibers to fully expand to their natural, luxurious shape.

What size should I choose for my pet?

Each product listing includes a size guide with recommended weight ranges. When in doubt, size up — pets generally prefer a bed with a little extra room. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us with your pet's weight and breed and we'll help you choose.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Shopify's secure checkout, including:

  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. We never see or store your full card details — everything is handled securely by Shopify's payment processors.
